Dr. Adrienne Todd is a licensed psychologist providing therapy that is solution focused with an emphasis on helping clients develop effective coping skills to manage life’s stressors. Dr. Todd's approach to psychotherapy is integrative with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also includes aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, such as Radical Acceptance and Mindfulness. Dr. Todd’s approach allows clients to have solution oriented sessions that provide pragmatic coping skills as well as encouraging clients to utilize the beneficial practice of various relaxation techniques, thought processing, and insight oriented interventions.
Dr. Adrienne Todd's clinical experiences include providing individual and group, and family therapy with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. She has extensive experience working with adults presenting with adjustment issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety and mood disorders, and trauma in a safe and nurturing environment. Dr. Todd’s professional interests include: issues of cultural diversity, women's issues, self-image and self-esteem, and coping with professional stressors.
