A wide variety of cardiovascular diseases and issues can be treated by Dr. Shankar including and not limited to ischemic heart disease, non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, rhythm disturbances, peripheral arterial disease etc. I am facile with multiple imaging modalities including transthoracic & transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, peripheral vascular physiologic studies and ultrasound.
