Herbert John Cooper is an insightful and energetic orthopedic and reconstructive surgeon serving the cities of New York, Garden City, and Scarsdale in New York. Dr. Cooper received his medical degree from Columbia University and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Cooper also completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at Rush University.
