Professional Statement

  • Dr. Illeana Serrano is a board certified pediatrician treating pediatric patients in Manhattan. She is part of Community Healthcare Network – a group of Federally Qualified Health Centers which offer quality, affordable care at a low cost to patients. She speaks English and Spanish.
  • Dr. Serrano strives to improve the quality of her patients' well-being by collaborating with them and setting attainable health goals. She takes the time to get to know each child and his/her parents through a comprehensive initial visit. Well child care including school physicals and vaccinations, as well as sick care is provided. Dr. Serrano has a particular interest in pediatric obesity and has spearheaded initiatives within the network to try to address this ever increasing problem.
