Jessica Nagin Katz graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude from Princeton University, where she studied sociology and psychology. After working at Vogue magazine, she went on to study nutrition science at New York University. There, she completed the New York University Dietetic Internship, which required Medical Nutrition Therapy academic study and clinical rotations at New York University Langone Medical Center.
Jessica is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. She is also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Greater Dietetics Association of New York.
Jessica’s mission is to help clients create personalized, flexible strategies to enjoy food they love, optimize health and achieve individual nutrition goals.
