Professional Statement

  • In the mid to late 1990's Dr. Schneider trained in orthopaedic surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital. She has 15 years of extensive clinical and surgical experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic injuries and problems including sports injuries of the knee, shoulder, foot and ankle.
  • She has treated athletes at all levels from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. Her fellowship training included working with the New York Jets and Rangers as well as Hoftra University athletes. She has worked at the U.S Tennis Open, treating players, for the past 11 years and also done work with U.S. Swimming.
  • I am committed to providing each patient with the highest quality of care with personal attention to each individual's goals and needs. I take the time necessary to discuss each patients concerns and to explain to them their diagnosis and recommended treatment. All patients requiring surgery will receive the highest level of care.
