Dr. Kernilde Jean-Jerome sees adult patients as a nephrologist, and she treats adults and children as an internist and pediatrician. She holds certification from the American Board of Pediatrics. She is also multilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
In order to pursue her medical degree, Dr. Jean-Jerome attended the State University of Haiti. She continued her medical education at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Here, she received residency training in both pediatrics and internal medicine. At the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Dr. Jean-Jerome completed a fellowship program in nephrology.
Patients visiting Dr. Jean-Jerome can receive a full range of medical services. She provides regular pediatric checkups, preventative medicine, disease screenings, and general consultations. Care is also available for issues including migraine, sinus problems, kidney stones, urinary tract infection and flu.
