Dr. Nick Petrini was a three sport varsity scholar athlete while attending High School in Ridgefield, CT. He graduated from University of Pittsburgh in 2007 with B.S. from Pitt's School of Health and Rehabilitation Science and went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. Dr. Petrini graduated magna cum laude from Palmer in December 2010. He has completed his certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician and has his Microgate certification in movement science and is also a BFS (Bigger, Faster,Stronger) certified Weight Room Safety Instructor. Dr. Petrini is also one of the few Microgate Certified performance specialist on the east coast.
He is a Human Performance Consultant to the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and various other organizations and athletic teams. Dr. Petrini is an expert in the use of OptoJump technology, an innovative system of analysis and measurement that brings a new philosophy of assessment and optimization of performance to the world of competitive sport. Dr. Petrini has been a consultant to numerous elite athletes and world renowned performance organizations on the youth, high school, college, professional as well as Olympic levels. Dr. Petrini uses his superb knowledge of the body and how it moves to treat patients of all ages and ability without the use of drugs or surgery.
