Paul Lajos is a diligent and caring vascular surgeon serving the communities of Astoria and New York, NY. Dr. Lajos attended Tulane University, where he received his medical degree. He continued his training by completing four residencies, two in general surgery at the University of Chicago and Graduate Hospital and the other two in thoracic surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center and the University of Maryland. He also completed three fellowships, one in cardiac surgery at Cleveland Clinic, the other in cardiothoracic surgery at Carolinas Medical Center, and another in vascular surgery at Saint Louis University.
Dr. Lajos is a part of Mount Sinai Queens. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in vascular surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
Dr. Lajos sees patients for illnesses, as well as other common and specialized reasons. He is dedicated to helping patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.
