Dr. Kramer was extremely outgoing and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable about my case and had done her research. I was impressed by the range of questions she asked me and the attention to detail. This was my first time going to a hematologist So I was not sure what to expect, and it turned out to be a positive experience.
