I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience and training. I am an open and accessible therapist and my style is warm and collaborative. As an integrative therapist trained in Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I will work with you to develop more practical coping techniques for life's stressors as well as help you develop a better understanding of yourself. In our work together, I will help provide tools to manage stressful experiences more effectively, reduce worry, and increase self confidence. I strongly believe in my clients' ability to lead fulfilling lives and will help you achieve this goal through our work.
I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are navigating challenges in school, career, parenting, and relationships. I have expertise in treating depression and anxiety and have considerable training and experience with individuals who are taking psychiatric medications. In addition, I have a sub-speciality in maternal mental health issues including infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy and emotional health, postpartum reactions (depression and anxiety), and early parenting.
