Swapnali Shinde is a calm and thorough physical therapist working in New York, NY. She earned her Master’s degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science with an emphasis on Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, she is certified in facial movement taping and has completed training in vestibular rehabilitation.
Dr. Shinde provides treatments for injuries, joint problems, back problems, and heart and lung strengthening. She specializes in Maitland’s mobilization methods, the McKenzie method, the Graston technique of instrument-assisted manual therapy, myofascial release, and the strain-counterstrain technique.
