About Dr. Shahnam Shifteh
Dr. Shahnam Shifteh is a dentist treating patients in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs. He received his DDS from New York University’s College of Dentistry and now operates out of Presidental Care in midtown Manhattan. In addition to English, Dr. Shifteh converses in Farsi and Spanish. Services performed by Dr. Shifteh span a full range of dental procedures. These include endodontic treatment, fixed and removable prosthodontic treatment, periodontal treatment, and oral surgery. In addition to his work treating patients, Dr. Shifteh participated in research examining “’vulnerables’ in biomedical research,” which was published in the Journal of Public Health Dentistry. In 2009, he was the recipient of the Johnathan J. Ship Award for Excellence in Clinical or Translational Research.
