It blends star ratings, review volume, and profile completeness into a 0–10 score. It cannot be bought — Featured placement changes where you appear, never your score.

Every profile lists accepted private and public plans, from Aetna and Blue Cross to Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and TRICARE. We still recommend confirming with the office before your visit, since coverage varies by state and plan tier.

No. Practices on Pro and Featured plans can respond publicly to reviews, but only our moderation team can remove a review — and only when it violates our guidelines.

The reviewer is notified with the reason (e.g. spam, privacy violation, no evidence of a visit). They can edit and resubmit unless the account is flagged for abuse.
